דע שיכולין לצעוק בקול דממה דקה בצעקה גדולה מאד ולא ישמע שום אדם כלל, כי אינו מוציא שום קול כלל, רק הצעקה היא בקול דממה דקה, וזה יוכל כל אדם. דהינו, שיצייר במחשבתו הצעקה ויכנס קול הצעקה במחשבה ויצייר בדעתו קול הצעקה ממש עם הניגון, כדרך שצועקין. ויכנס בזה עד שיצעק ממש בבחינת "קול דממה דקה" (מלכים א יט, יב), ושום אדם לא ישמע כלל. כי באמת אינו ציור כלל רק צעקה ממש, כי יש סמפונות בריאה שמשם יוצא הקול וגם יש סמפונות דקים היוצאים מן הריאה אל המח. ועל כן יכולים להכניס הקול דרך הסמפונות הדקים ההולכים אל המח עד שיצעק ממש במוחו על ידי מה שמצייר במחשבתו קול הצעקה ממש שבזה הוא מכניס קול הצעקה אל המח, ויוכל לעמוד בין כמה בני אדם ויצעק מאד ושום אדם לא ישמע כנ"ל. ולפעמים יוכל להשמט מזה איזה קול דק שיהיה נשמע כי מחמת שנכנס הקול דרך הסמפונות של המח אל המח יוכל להשמט לפעמים שיצא הקול דרך הסמפונות המוציאין קול אבל הוא בדקות גדול. ובלא דיבור (היינו כשאין מוציאים שום דיבור בשעת הצעקה הנזכר לעיל) קל יותר לצעוק כנ"ל, כי כשצריך להוציא הדיבור קשה יותר לתפוס את הקול אל המחשבה ולבלי להניחו לצאת דרך הקנה המוציא קול (עיין ברכות סא.), אבל בלא דיבור קל יותר:
