שיחות הר״ן · אות נ״ה

פעם אחת דיבר מענין טוב העולם הבא מה שיכולין לזכות על ידי עבודת ה' באמת, ענה ואמר: מוכרחין לומר ולקרותו בשם טוב כי אי אפשר לקרותו בשם אחר להודיע לבני אדם. אבל באמת אפילו שם טוב אין שייך לומר על זה, כלומר שהוא אפילו למעלה למעלה מטוב. אך אי אפשר להודיע יותר לבני אדם כי אם כשמכנין אותו בשם טוב, אבל באמת וכו' ״עין לא ראתה״ וכו' (ישעיהו ס"ד, ג'):
