א. אֲנָחָה דִּקְדֻשָּׁה יְקָרָה מְאד כִּי עַל-יְדֵי שֶׁמִּתְאַנֵּחַ עַל שֶׁרָחוֹק מֵהַקְּדֻשָּׁה. עַל-יְדֵי-זֶה נִפְסָק מֵחֶבֶל הַטֻּמְאָה וְנִתְקַשֵּׁר לְחֶבֶל דִּקְדֻשָּׁה וְכֵן כְּשֶׁמִּתְאַנֵּחַ עַל אֵיזֶה דְּבַר תַּאֲוָה שֶׁהוּא נִכְסָף אֵלֶיהָ הוּא לְהֵפֶךְ חַס וְשָׁלוֹם: ב. אֲנָחָה שֶׁמִּתְאַנֵּחַ הָאָדָם עַל עֲווֹנוֹתָיו אוֹ עַל מִעוּט הַשָׂגָתוֹ הִיא יוֹתֵר טוֹבָה מִכַּמָּה סִגּוּפִים וְתַעֲנִיּוֹת:
