אֲבָל הַדִּבּוּרִים שֶׁאֵינָם דִּבּוּרִים קְדוֹשִׁים גּוֹרְמִים שֶׁנִּתְעוֹרֵר חַס וְשָׁלוֹם סֻכַּת נוֹצְרִים סֻכַּת עַכּוּ"ם, כְּמוֹ שֶׁכָּתוּב: "אֲשֶׁר פִּיהֶם דִּבֶּר שָׁוְא וִימִינָם יְמִין שָׁקֶר" (תְּהִלִּים קמד, ח) שֶׁהוּא חִבּוּק דְּסִטְרָא אַחֲרָא. וּמִתְגַּבֵּר חַס וְשָׁלוֹם יְמִין שֶׁקֶר וּמִתְגַּבֵּר גָּלוּת אֻמּוֹת הָעוֹלָם וְנִתְרַחֲקִים מִקְּדֻשַּׁת אֶרֶץ-יִשְׂרָאֵל. וְעַל-יְדֵי-זֶה נִתְעַלֵּם הָאֱמֶת וְהָרַבִּי הָאֱמֶת וּמִתְגַּבֵּר חַס וְשָׁלוֹם רִיב וּמַחֲלקֶת וַאֲזַי הַשְּׁכִינָה הִיא רִיב עִם קֻדְשָׁא בְּרִיךְ הוּא (תִּקּוּן כ"א מ"ד) עַל בְּנָהָא בְּגָלוּתָא שֶׁגָּלוּ מֵעַל שֻׁלְחַן אֲבִיהֶם וּמֵאַרְצָם יָצָאוּ:
